As an employer previously shortlisted for The News' Business Excellence Awards as ‘Employer of the Year’- it also aims to maintain its excellent reputation as an employer.The directors of the business made a decision to develop their appeal to both clients and employees with disabilities by appointing Bascule Disability Training to provide an introductory course on disability awareness for a majority of its workforce.
Bascule Disability Training provided a bespoke package specifically for various members of the Compass team covering issues including disability definition, disclosure and reasonable adjustment.
The training was based around short workshops, break out discussions and collaborative group work.
